Industry: The HBO Show That Will Make You Want to Work in Finance
Loot is centered around billionaire Molly Novak (Maya Rudolph), who has a life of the rich and famous. She indulges in anything her heart desires. But her husband of 20 years betrays her leading her down a path of public embarrassment. But before she reaches rock bottom, she learns she has a charity foundation run by the no-nonsense Sofia Salinas (MJ Rodriguez), who pleads with Molly to stop the embarrassment. For us, the show is not terrible; it is somewhat dated and your typical Silicon Valley drama of the uber-rich. We will watch it when we have time but would not consider it worth a dirtybinge.
